Florida Voting Machine Replacement
Florida Governor Charlie Crist recently requested $32 million to replace touch-screen voting booths adopted after the 2000 elections with a system that leaves a paper trail. What do you think?
Nathan Kobler,
Rug Cleaner
"For another $10 million he could probably get rid of voting in Florida altogether."
Yancy Werner,
Librarian
"This is ridiculous. Voters should just send an e-card to the candidate of their choice. Then, the candidates can simply count their e-cards, and compare."
Trent Maxwell,
Hospice-Care Worker
"When the candidate I voted for loses, the last thing I want is a record to remind me."
