The Onion News Network is currently seeking interns for the Fall Semester: September - December '09. Our fast-growing and talented team is accepting interns for the following departments:
General Production, Art, Locations, Footage, Writing, Directorial Research, Casting, Graphics Research/Photoshop, Post-Production Editing, & Post-Production Graphics
We are holding interviews now.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Must be highly organized, self-starting, and resourceful
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Possess creativity and passion
- Exhibit excellent attention to detail
- Most importantly, have a good attitude and have ability to be a team player
- If applying for the Post-Production (motion) Graphics Internship you must have a reel
- If applying for an Art Internship, a portfolio helps
Responsibilities
- Administrative tasks
- Maintaining the central database for designated department
- Research
- Design
- On-set production assistance
